Health & Safety - Fire Safety & RISK ASSESSMENT

Half of workplace fires are caused deliberately and half caused by things such as electrical faults and the misuse of tools that have naked flames. We can conduct a fire risk assessment of premises and identify any hazards that may cause or contribute to a fire. We will advise you on how to remove the hazard or minimise the risk involved and identify any training that may be required to equip the workforce to deal with fire and evacuation

MCA will conduct a full Health & Safetysurvey including Fire Risk assessment and general H&S issues and complete a gap analysis against current regulations. MCA will set up policy and a full manual incorporating management and employee responsibilities, emergency procedures and risk and fire audits plus advice on signage and equipment.

Grievance & Disciplinary Policies

MCA will review Grievance and Disciplinary Policies and Performance Management issues.

Staff Contracts/Handbooks

MCA will review Human Resource policies and procedures including the options relating to staff contracts and handbooks to establish the client’s position on these issues, plus a review of appropriate information relating to hours and holiday entitlements allowing individual staff contracts to be completed. A bespoke staff handbook and individual staff contracts will then be written.
