MCA will request samples of relevant documentation and then conduct an initial visit at client offices  to establish the current position and any immediate concerns. An overall action plan will then be develop to address all identified issues to meet full regulatory requirements.

We will review Human Resource policies and procedures including the options relating to staff contracts and handbooks to establish the client’s position on these issues, plus a review of appropriate information relating to hours and holiday entitlements allowing individual staff contracts to be completed. A bespoke staff handbook and individual staff contracts will then be written.

We will further review Grievance and Disciplinary Policies and Performance Management issues.

Support can also be given to the application for Investors in People and Quality Standards.

We will conduct a full Health & Safety survey including Fire Risk assessment and general H&S issues and complete a gap analysis against current regulations. MCA will set up policy and a full manual incorporating management and employee responsibilities, emergency procedures and risk and fire audits plus advice on signage and equipment.
