Human Resource policies and procedures including the options relating to staff contracts and handbooks to establish the client’s position on these issues, plus a review of appropriate information relating to hours and holiday entitlements allowing individual staff contracts to be completed. A bespoke staff handbook and individual staff contracts will then be written.
